By booking an appointment or receiving services at GOOD VIBE STUDIO, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Service Results Disclaimer
While our team strives to deliver professional and satisfactory results, individual outcomes may vary based on hair/skin condition, prior treatments, and client maintenance. GOOD VIBE STUDIO makes no guarantees regarding specific results.

Health and Allergy Disclosure
It is the responsibility of the client to inform their stylist or technician of any known allergies, skin sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to service. GOOD VIBE STUDIO is not liable for adverse reactions that occur due to undisclosed conditions or sensitivities.

Product Use
We use high-quality professional products; however, GOOD VIBE STUDIO is not liable for reactions to products used during services. Patch tests are available upon request and recommended for chemical services.

Children and Guest Safety
For the safety and comfort of all clients, children must be supervised at all times and are not permitted in service areas unless receiving a service. GOOD VIBE STUDIO is not responsible for accidents or injuries occurring on the premises.

Cancellation and No-Show Policy
Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-show clients may be required to pay a deposit for future bookings.

Right to Refuse Service
GOOD VIBE STUDIO reserves the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior, hygiene concerns, or who poses a health or safety risk to staff or other clients.

Photography and Social Media
Clients may be photographed before, during, or after services for promotional purposes. Please inform your stylist if you do not wish to be photographed.

Liability Waiver
By receiving services, you release GOOD VIBE STUDIO, its owners, employees, and contractors from any and all claims, damages, or liabilities that may arise from your visit.

TERMS & CONDITIONS - THE BASICS 

1. Appointments & Booking

All appointments must be booked in advance via our official booking platform, phone, or in person.

Certain services may require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

 

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service.

No-shows will be charged 100% of the service cost and may be restricted from booking future appointments without prepayment.

 

3. Late Arrivals

Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule or forfeit part of their service time, and a late fee may apply.

Timeliness ensures the best experience for you and others.

 

4. Consultations

New clients or clients receiving specialized services must send pictures of their hair first and their desired look. If a consultation is needed that can be discussed with stylist..

During consultations or fisrt visit, stylists will evaluate hair condition, texture, goals, and provide recommendations.

GOOD VIBE STUDIO SALON reserves the right to decline service if we believe it may compromise your hair or safety.

 

5. Client Responsibility

Clients must disclose any allergies, sensitivities, previous chemical treatments, or health conditions before any service begins.

Failure to provide accurate information may result in undesirable results or reactions, for which GOOD VIBE STUDIO SALON is not liable.

 

6. Refunds & Corrections

We do not offer refunds on services. If you are unsatisfied, please contact us within 72 hours to schedule a correction appointment.

Correction appointments must be performed by the same stylist and cannot alter the original service request.

 

7. Children & Guest Policy

Children under 12 are only allowed in the salon if they are receiving a service and must be supervised at all times.

Due to limited space and to maintain a peaceful environment, we kindly request that clients come alone unless otherwise arranged.

 

8. Salon Etiquette

Respectful and courteous behavior is expected at all times. GOOD VIBE STUDIO SALON maintains a zero-tolerance policy for harassment or inappropriate conduct.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates this policy.

 

9. Photos & Social Media

GOOD VIBE STUDIO SALON reserves the right to take photos or videos during your appointment for use in marketing and social media unless you specifically decline.

Let your stylist know if you prefer not to be photographed.

 

10. Pricing

All prices are subject to change based on hair length, thickness, and the time required to complete a service.

Final quotes are provided during your consultation or prior to beginning your service.

 

By receiving services at GOOD VIBE STUDIO SALON, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
